JoottiIQ Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (EULA)

Acceptance and authorized use
By accessing or using JoottiIQ, you agree to these Terms. JoottiIQ grants authorized users a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the application solely for legitimate Jootti Outdoor business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You may not misuse JoottiIQ, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, access information without authorization, introduce harmful code, or use the application for unlawful purposes.
Connected third-party services
JoottiIQ may connect to third-party services that an authorized user separately authorizes. Those services remain independent, subject to their own terms, availability, and data practices. A provider may change, restrict, or discontinue its service without notice to JoottiIQ.
QuickBooks functionality is designed for read-only reporting and analytics. JoottiIQ does not create, edit, or transmit QuickBooks accounting transactions through that integration. You may disconnect an available connection or revoke its authorization through the relevant provider, subject to the application's retention practices.
Business intelligence, not professional advice
JoottiIQ presents information to support business review, planning, and decision-making. It may rely on source-system data that is delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or subject to provider limitations. JoottiIQ does not replace your CPA, accountant, attorney, tax advisor, financial advisor, or other professional. You remain responsible for verifying source records and making all business, inventory, tax, accounting, financial, and operational decisions.
Ownership
JoottiIQ, its software, content, and related intellectual property are protected by applicable law. Except for the limited right granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Availability, termination, and changes
JoottiIQ may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, security, provider, or other operational reasons. Jootti Outdoor may suspend or terminate access when needed to protect JoottiIQ, its users, or its data. Jootti Outdoor may update these Terms as the application or applicable practices change. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
JoottiIQ is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jootti Outdoor disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, JoottiIQ. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
